CLIENT PROJECT · PRIVATE MEDICAL PRACTICE

A practice that manages its website and client records itself.

CHALLENGE

The private practice needed a trustworthy website — but above all, order in daily operations: client records in one place instead of spreadsheets, a safe way to write to clients in bulk, and the ability to publish articles without a developer touching every change.

SOLUTION

We built a website with the full presentation of the practice — services with pricing, a professional blog, gallery, contact and privacy policy — and behind it a login-protected administration.

Its core is the client register: search, contacts, notes and edits — 7 CRUD operations over one database instead of scattered spreadsheets. Bulk e-mail goes to selected clients through Mailgun, sent to each individually — nobody sees the other recipients.

The blog has a full editor (headings, paragraphs, quotes, images) — the practice publishes articles itself, without tickets or waiting. Data lives in PostgreSQL and is processed in the EU.

RUNNING TODAY

Records under control Clients, contacts and notes in one place — searchable and editable in a secured admin.
Bulk e-mails without exports Select clients → write → sent individually via Mailgun. Address privacy preserved.
Publishes content herself A blog editor with formatting and images — a new article without a developer.
No agency dependency Daily operations — clients, e-mails, content — run entirely in the practice's hands.
