1. Controller

2. What data we process

We only process data you send us through the forms on this site (enquiry or audit request): your e-mail address (required), and if you provide them — name and company, phone number, your website address and the text of your message, including information about your processes or tools.

We collect nothing in the background. The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. The only thing your browser stores locally is your light/dark theme choice (localStorage) — this never leaves your device and is not sent to us.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process form data solely to contact you, prepare a quote or audit, and communicate about a possible engagement.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Where and how long

Form submissions are processed and delivered by our processor Resend (e-mail infrastructure); the message reaches our mailbox. Data stays within the EU.

We keep the data only as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any engagement, then delete it. We send no newsletter and use the data for no profiling or automated decision-making.

5. Processors

We use Resend for message delivery and Netlify for hosting. We have (or conclude) a data-processing agreement (DPA) with these providers and select them so that data remains in the EU. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, and object. You can ask us to delete your data at any time at glogysv@gmail.com.

If you believe we process data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
