CHALLENGE

The client did not need a “website”. They needed a subscription business: card payments, members-only content, video, community chat and apps in both stores — all without an in-house IT team to run it.

SOLUTION

We built one platform instead of a patchwork of services: a Spring Boot API with 91 REST endpoints, a React web app and native mobile apps for iOS and Android — all on a shared core, so content and members are identical on every device.

Subscriptions and payments run on Stripe: recurring charges, failed cards and invoice generation are handled by the system itself. Video content, realtime chat and automated data collection keep the platform filled without re-typing anything.

We did not just hand the system over — we run it to this day: monitoring, updates and new features as the business needs them.
